Iatria Day Spa Privacy Policy

Allow us the opportunity to assist you with selecting your ideal services before scheduling. This ensures you receive the most of your Iatria experience. Please call for your complimentary service selection consultation. We will provide you with a spa and holistic health center tour.

To make your reservation please call either our Creedmoor Road location at (919) 870-1975 or our Wakefield Crossings location at (919) 488-7050.

Although we do accept walk-in clients when we can, our clients are generally seen by appointment only. We suggest that you make your appointment as early as possible so that we may accommodate your schedule. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill our schedule early. We suggest scheduling your next spa service before leaving each service so that you can have your desired time and therapist.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Note:

Because our professionals reserve valuable time for you, please provide notice of your
cancellation within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Missed
appointments and appointments not cancelled within a 24 hour period will result in a 50% of service fee.

We recommend arriving fifteen minutes prior to your first appointment so that you will have time to change clothes and relax in our relaxation lounge while enjoying a cup of herbal tea or in our sauna*.

Arriving early ensures that you will be able to fully enjoy your experience at Iatria. Robes, towels, and slippers will be provided for your use during your visit. Lockers are available for your personal belongings. We regret, however, that we can not be responsible for lost or damage to your belongings. Iatria also offers shower
facilities and personal amenities for your use.

To help us preserve our relaxing atmosphere we request that you do not bring your cellular phones or pagers into Iatria. Also, unless receiving services, we request that your children do not accompany you into the spa. Although we love small children, we have equipment here that is not appropriate for a child-safe environment.

Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at your discretion. Those clients who do choose to leave
gratuity typically leave between 15% to 20%.
